Terrible customer service. Online chat told me to reserve a place however i was unable to reserve the storage space i needed unless i came in. I called for two days and no one ever picked up. I finally drove 2 hours in and they said the space, that they specified as first come first serve on the website was on hold for someone to.come look at. Total waste of my time and thanks for nothing. I would never rent from any body with customer service like this.
