I just reserved a storage unit at Extra Space Storage on VanWinkle in Murray, UT. The store manager, Tyson Osborn, provided amazing customer service from my conversation with him on the phone, to working with me on-site to recommend the best unit for my needs and budget. He was very helpful and made the experience pleasant and smooth. The facility is also super clean with great parking out front!.

I know it's not often you need Extra storage, but if you find yourself in need, Extra Space Storage is great. Pricing is comparable to other storage sites, but it offers climate control. We had to store musical instruments as well as a record collection, so climate control was a must. Units are super clean, well lighted. Only bummer -the doors to load in have magnets to stay propped open and they never work. The manager Tyson is the man you need to talk to. Extremely professional, respectful and courteous. Only has his customers best interest in mind. Went over every detail in depth when asked and gave a great experience. Will recomend this location any time!

Awesome storage unit brand new location right by Vasa! We love it. We had to put our stuff into storage for a little bit while we moved and this storage unit did not disappoint. They were very helpful and attentive. Would choose them again for sure!

Excellent location- very clean and safe! Ana is so helpful, and I was able to receive a high quality of service over the phone and in person. They have a lot of options, and they were able to find me a really good web sale deal. They have mandatory insurance to protect all our goods. Will keep using this company as long as I'm here in Utah!

CAUTION!!!! Stored the toy hauler for the winter, went to pick it up beginning of May only to find it was no longer there. Had to file a police report, insurance claims. ect. following month they pulled another payment!!! ENOUGHT is enough!! In don't know why we are not refunded for all of the months that we stored it here, as the purpose was for you to keep my shizzz safe.. that was not done. The $2000 extra insurance to cover the $1000 deductible and what was in it doesn't even come close to covering what was in it. Yo... read more

Be careful with Extra Space Storage. They are predatory renters. They will attract you with reasonable prices, then once you move in your stuff, they will DOUBLE your rent within a few months. Be aware

I have been a customer that has been for a couple years and every couple months they slowly up my rate and then I have to call in and then they lower it. But at the end of the day it still ends up higher this is starting to get ridiculous Extra space should take better care of there customers that are loyal and stop raising the monthly rate.
