I have been a customer that has been for a couple years and every couple months they slowly up my rate and then I have to call in and then they lower it. But at the end of the day it still ends up higher this is starting to get ridiculous Extra space should take better care of there customers that are loyal and stop raising the monthly rate.

- DO NOT STORE HERE - Please do not make the same mistake my fiancé and I did. We selected this location for two reasons: (1) it was conveniently located and (2) it seemed secure. Sadly, things are not always as they seem. Just over a year ago, our unit was broken into. Over $10,000 worth of memories and precious belongings gone just like that. Why?
