I have a big complaint against extra space storage, I have been with this facility the last couple of years. They were really good for a while tell I guess they changed management and their systems on which they do things. When I went on their website to pay my bill there where serval other people's units with mine. Also my address was incorrect. When I tryed to call them on this he told me he would send me a email to have the correct address. I don't know what they did with my information but he didn't change this. I'm real... read more
I've used units at many different locations. They are fine if you aren't thinking about a long term solution for storage but I've noticed rate hikes seem to be their number one priority. I've since seen my rates double from the flat (non promotional) rate. Knowing what I know now, I would have picked a different facility.
