Great location, easy entry and access, but beware of predatory practices. The web rate is a trap to get you into the door and within the first 4 months they increased the price on me by 35%! This seems to a common practice with this company from the reviews I am seeing here. Lesson learned.

We paid our sons storage for 2 years, my husband would go after work to pay and the guy was never there which resulted in us paying numerous late fees, we finally got to empty out storage and my husband had to go back 2x In 1 day to tell them we were done with the unit and only had 1 bed frame to pick up. They said we had till Friday to get it out, so Friday after work my husband goes again can't get in to tell the guy, so he went back Saturday again no one there to talk to and they don't answer the phone always voice mail. ... read more

First of all I would like to start off by saying that this a clean and secure facility but the business behind it is a total SCAM. THe staff is friendly but are clearly following the Corporation's deceitful practices. To get you in the door, everything initially appears to be wonderful. You are offered a reasonable "web" rate for a space however once you are in to door you are screwed. First off there is the MANDATORY monthly insurance you have to pay (minimum $10 per month) This is not mentioned anywhere on the web site.... read more

Clean and reasonably well run. Very good access hours, unlike Olympia Ave. Staff is courteous and well-trained. Minor issues such as the light on the electronic keypad being out make it difficult to leave the parking lot at night. They've also had difficulties with their central billing going haywire on occasion. The MAIN issue is the same with their facility on Olympia Ave -- rates will go up and up and up. They have a very annoying policy of sending you an email saying they haven't received that months payment a week before it's due. And when I changed from an automatic electronic payment to letting them bill my credit card monthly it worked for quite a while then suddenly my credit card was lost and I get an email saying the payment is overdue. They can't seem to get the most basic business functions right.
The Person who Yelp'ed about this business before me, is an employee of the business, so do not bother taking her feedback as a real customer. This place has raised the rent on thier customers 3 times in 2 years, each time they raise thier monthly fee by about $5 Extra Space Storage also has a $9 per month Hidden Fee , they do not tell you about this on the phone, or upon visiting the location, they tell you about this the moment you give them your credit card information.
