Extra Space storage was very helpful during my mothers move. The free month was really great, and the unit was giant for the price. I felt comfortable with the security system. The location is very easy access from 93, right off the highway, and gas and dunks is nearby too, which is pretty critical to have when you're unloading the truck.
Great location, easy entry and access. Wayne and Dennis do an outstanding job, place is clean and well lit. Good supply of packing materials.
Customer service is always a good sign that your expectations will be met and this is what I received with Extra Space Storage. The staff was very courteous and resourceful. The unit advised and selected was clean and dry with very easy access directly off the elevator. The hours of operation are very good. I'm only in this unit for one month while I transition from my old apartment into my new one, but the move-in was awesome. It's perfectly located right off the highway and has the longest gate access hours I could find off I-93. Customer service was phenomenal. Super nice staff and such an easy move. If there's anything I could change I would make the hallways wider on the fourth floor, but it wasn't that much of an inconvenience. I picked this place to store my things because it's very convenient to the highway and about 15 minutes north of Boston. Plus, the prices were pretty good compared to the other storage facilities. I think it's a fairly new facility built within the last 5 - 10 years or so. They offer various sizes and temperature controlled units and have a few outdoor units. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place for storing stuff. The facility is also kept very clean.
