Nina helped me and was such a sweet caring person. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a easy going and reliable storage unit place.

While the space and convenience of our unit is OK, the constant rate increases that supposedly get negotiated down a little each time are ridiculous. We've been here two years and had four rate increases. It's clear that the policy of Extra Space Storage is to offer a low move-in rate and then raise your rates every few months. You should offer a fixed rate for a specified period of time like other storage companies do instead of punishing people who give you their long-term loyalty. This is a wonderful storage facility. My belongings have always been safe and secure. The office staff is wonderful and the manager, Amber, is always helpful and accommodating.

Highly recommend this place! Britt was very helpful in answering all of my questions and getting me set up with my unit within minutes. Storage location is great, very clean and safe place. Hours to access the units are perfect, and everything at a very reasonable price
I had an emergency need for storage and my family found this facility at this location nearby. The facility was clean and very accessible. The owners were always very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. In addition, I always received monthly phone call reminders when my bill was due. Although I missed timely paying my monthly rental a few times, the owners never threatened to empty out my unit out and never charged late fees. I would highly recommend this facility. I had a good experience with the facility/owners..
