Easy, Fast, Friendly service!!! In and Out and extremely helpful!!! I would use them again! I was storing a vehicle for safety from bad weather for a month and perfect condition through out!
My husband and I got a storage unit here to place a few things while we staged our house to sell. They have a sign out front that says "first month free." If you look at the bottom it does note it's only for certain units. They have specific hours that you can come in and out (6am-10pm). I assume that's for safety and security which I really appreciate. There are also cameras located at the entrance and around the buildings. This company rents you space and a few months later increases the price by 30%. You are stuck. My unit was $353 and went to $433. They said they had annual increases. That is a ghetto move. They play games with the pricing. I don't know if it is possible to get a year contract with them or not. The storage was fine, and clean. The staff was nice. The gate opener app worked sometimes. Beware! Bait and switch with rates. I have a storage unit for four months and they have raised the rent 15% for a "market rate adjustment". I was given no notice although they said they sent a certified "post card" of which I never received. Recognize how much it costs to move your storage items and realize that if the price goes up 45% per year and is probably not a good deal.
This place has very rude management and no regard for customer service. We've been with them for 2 years and they do not care about loyalty at all. The raise the prices every month and has no sympathy for ONE missed payment ever. The lady was totally unsympathetic and sassing me. I will be moving my storage immediately at the end of the month.
They advertise 5x5, but if you measure it, its more like 4x4. They wiggle out of that by saying, "well, we do say approximately" But see, its actually "approximately" 4x4! So you lose 9feet of floor space before you get started! My question was why dont you just say what size is actually is? Then f course they just pass the buck upstairs claiming thats how corporate wants it done. Secondly, they offer a move in special, advertised on the sign out front that "1st month FREE!
