This is a good place to store your stuff. I haven't had any problems with the units or personnel working here. I've been doing business here for the past 3 years.., even when it rains hard my stuff never got wet inside.. Although I did see a couple guys crawl out of one unit on a cold December night- I was wondering why the door was up about a foot from the ground. They do have a camera outside facing the units. For now I shall give 3 stars it's only fare. Since I haven't moved my stuff in just yet. I was asked to write a review.... If I wanted to? I have been looking for storage space for a while. I've check Yelp and google. Yet I wasn't wowed by the reviews. Tho I still had to give them a chance since reviews have been over a year ago or ppl haven't been renting for over a day..... Rented there and they tried to double my rent after 6 months. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They draw you in with good rates and then they say the increase was in the paperwork? BULL...RIPOFFS AND SCAMMERS.

Got a storage unit here today and was disgusted to find rat droppings. Do not recommend this location. If you want a good location go to the one on bonanza and nellis so much better.

Rude ignorant people from corporate Mormons to the field mgmt to the store woman ! Do not rent here ! They lie cheat steal ! You will get price increases every 3 months ! Then you got to move ! And pay movers started rent 111$ to 344$ you will be sorry look at bbb complaints ! And all internet complaints on the web are truth ! You are warned they will screw you bad ! Rude ignorant people everyone and at all locations! Recession to them is price increases every 3 months hook you up cheap then jack rates !

If I could select a negative integer I would. What a cluster_F&^K is this place, seriously. First of all the 10x10 units are 10x9, I measured. Rented online, was not the unit I requested, called customer service, after being transferred several times, was told I could rent (XYZ unit) so I agreed, took the lock, put stuff in, and went on my way. Next day, go to managers office, and I am told that is NOT my unit and I have to move my stuff.... Wait/what?! Oh no, that was rented to (not me) and you have to move out... Get it to... read more

Honestly, I was really excited to find a good storage place at an excellent price! Yet, the price went up like 3 months after, $25 more expensive. Okay, fine and understandable. Yet, don't let those online prices fool you! I just went to my storage unit about a week ago and found things that were not in there before like loose particle of trash or waste. Customer service quality is terrible, we reserved two units under the company name by one employee and would like to change to another name, but the storage manager was so difficult to deal with and inflexible that in the end, we just had to terminate the contract, wasting many hours on the phone, and they refused to even refund a future month rent that we haven't used yet. Very bad experience would never do business with them again.
