I rented a unit here because the price was so much cheaper at this location than the other Extra Space Storage locations within 10 miles. This particular location is on Nellis by Vegas Valley. My unit is in the temp controlled building. Luckily it is on the 2nd floor because the last major rains that came through and flooded Las Vegas also flooded this place pretty bad. It was horrible experience I wanted to learn about quotes and the knowledge was not there no help and there was a new district manager she was saying she ran life storage like no one's business and she went on and on not even caring I was standing there her shirt was full of grease of some sort and she was eating raw bacon out of the package, disgusting then she put her leg up on the counter and farted and proceeded to say that's the stuff I walked out immediately it was a horrible experience not to mention her shirt didn't ... read more

This place turned out to be a joke. Do not trust your stuff here. I was here for years and was totally ripped off. They do not care about customers at all. The only good person that ever worked here has been long gone, and the place has gone downhill. DON'T FALL FOR THE FAKE SPECIALS they use to get people to move in. They immediately start raising prices every couple months so you end up paying WAY more!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Please do not pay in cash or in advance. Getting your refund due to you is a nightmare. I paid cash upfront and now being told 6 weeks for my refund. This place has NO customer service. They. Let the internet do the work. No detailed receipt at check out.. When i asked to verify address they say the did....not and valled me a liar. Training needs to be upgraded. Learn how to problem solve and speek to human customers. We are not robots. Where did human kindness go???? Tbis place is just ano... read more

I just want to warn people about this place, I usually don't write reviews but Maddie really rubbed me the wrong way. Maddie is clueless on how to treat customers with respect this is a business that's about hospitality she's in the hospitality business but she wants to be rude for no reason. If you call and she answers the phone she will lie to you one hundred percent and say the office closes at 5 p.m. when it says online closes at 6pm and anybody else says who works there say it's 6 pm. Wrote a 4 star review for easy customer service, what I forgot to do is update this 2 or 3 months later when we had the lock cut on our unit and robbed, yeah im writing about this a year and a half later but it is what it is. There is no property cameras, so when your robbed the staff just says DUNNO! Just a heads up.

Everything was good with this place until we switched to a smaller storage shed, In the last month our shed has been gone through and left open twice. My things have been hanging out, ripped, and stolen! If you can't do your job and keep my property safe than why should I pay you to do so? I do NOT recommend this place at all, that is unless you don't mind losing a few things.
