RecommendedRichard is a very nice guy. He makes you feel very welcome and doesn’t mind helping. So glad you brought him aboard as store manager. Richard is a keeper. Jen (Lead) is management I can respect. All customer service companies needs a Jen. I like that she’s into making the company Customer Service experience friendly.
