I started my lease in March and was given the rate, they then added more for insurance (not a big deal I know most places require this) however they then added $30 for an admin fee and another $30 lock fee. The lady never gave an option on the locks so I assumed this was their policy. Fast forward 4 months and they are doubling the rent, they did give me a month’s notice.
