No complaints about this place. I rented a small unit here, and I only needed one for a month. I told them this when I signed up and they assured me that as long as I canceled before the next billing period that that was fine. The unit was clean, the premises well maintained. The customer service was great and helpful with any questions. Canceling the unit was easy-I called them and they said all I needed to do was remove the padlock from the unit; they'd take care of the rest. SO FAR SO GOOD NO COMPLAINTS. we have been parking our truck here for 2 years now and we have had no issues and we are never worried. Nice customer service, nice clean place. We recently added a storage unit, easy to get, clean and accessible. Thank you
Pathetic at best, the manager and his partner could care less about the property. I have 3 drive up the largest units in the place and two months late my access still does not work. I call and I get the I am sorry. Guess what, if you were sorry this would not be happening to begin with and you would actriuallly DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I signed up with an internet special. After 3 months they more than doubled my rate, telling me there is fine print in the contract that allows them to raise rent at their discretion. They simply have to send you a 30 day notice that they are raising it. They do this taking advantage of the fact all your stuff is moved in and you are forced to deal with rate hike. Super shady tactic. The sales rep Scott should have at minimum been required to mention this, especially since it is such an extreme price... read more

DO NOT GET A UNIT HERE. Was paying $130 monthly, only had the unit for 2 months. Just got a letter in the mail they are raising it to $265. CRAZY. Such a scam, clearly taking advantage of being in the boca area but being a young man I can't pay for this. Such a rip off do not come here. And they trick you into leaving a 5 star review when you purchase a unit for some sort of discount. CROOKS. CROOKS. CROOKS. CROOKS. CROOKS. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If you don't get one right away after touring, they spam you to death, including intrusive phone calls. I would stay away from them. Rude people. Facility outdoors in the hot Florida sun, too. Your stuff will get ruined if you don't pay extra for climate control. And their climate control is too high, they are too cheap.greedy. It's at a level where mold will grow. Also too many termites. AVOID!!!
This is the worst storage company ever. Charged our credit card 3 times. We never moved in. We were promised by the area manager Patrick that the credit card would not be charged unless we decided to move in but we decided not in the budget. Then the card was charged not once. Not twice but three times. After hours on the phone this whole situation is not resolved. We keep getting told that store staff has done everything correct. Please .... Never use this storage company. Still have Not resolved our issue!

I was charged 3 times on my credit card when all my CC was meant to do is hold a storage spot for me until I could sort out whether or not it would work out for me in my budget to rent the storage space but instead of putting it on a hold Extra Space Storage erroneously charged my card 3 times in 4 days and so far they can't seem to Fix it!! I've only gotten credited back for 2 of the 3 erroneous charges on my CC. All of this should've and could've been avoided by them crediting back the first charge that they put on my car... read more
JUST TO SUMMARIZE. LOST ALL CONTENTS FIRST TO ROOF LEAKING THEN TO TERMITES. So ES responds with a generic message with a phone number that takes me in a phone maze. Obviously no intention of providing any help. Put me in touch with your corporate people if you are serious. You can get the complete correspondence from the Boca Raton Office, 2nd ave. Patrick. Tina, regional manager did nothing to help. If you seriously want to help. Have your corporate office call me. STAY CLEAR OF EXTRA SPACE STORAGE.
