Beware!!!!!!!!They charge more than most places. I stored my items there for more than 12 YEARS only to find out that I was ripped off. I recently saw that I was paying 121.00 for the same unit they are currently advertising for 75.00 I called and talked with the manager Kevin and tried to talk to the area manager (He would not come to the phone) and they agreed to lower my cost to 94.00 and then reneged on that price 1 week later. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!!! This place basically robbed me blind the whole entire time i had my stuff there. The "climate control" is a joke. I think they just put a vent in their units for show because they obviously do not work. I came to my unit to find the locking mechanism on the unit door was broken so my lock was useless. It took them a MONTH to get it fixed leaving my valuables unsecured for that time. They were supposed to give me a credit the following month and they charged me full price again.
