Alex and Lawton were fantastic. I only needed storage for a month; the initial rental process and the move-out were both seamlessly easy, and even though I’ve spoken on the phone and exchanged emails with both gentlemen, I’ve never met either, because when they advertised “no contact” to protect against Covid-19, they really meant it. I’ve been in isolation for six months, and never had to go near anyone to rent, use, or move out of this storage unit. Highly recommended!
The manager was absolutely wonderful and made sure all paperwork was done and everything was explained and questions were answered.... He also remembered my mom who had passed a year prior to me going there....
