Extra Space Storage staff were most helpful in assisting me over telephone as I was still living in another state when making arrangements for booking a storage unit. They were efficient, professional and walked me through the whole process over phone.

The storm wasn’t there fault and I can understand that. I also understand the need to make things safe for people, however at this point it’s been almost a month and I would like to get my belongings. My entire house is in that building, I don’t know if my stuff is okay, and we can’t afford to re buy all of our furniture. Aside from that we are being forced to pay rent on a unit we can’t access, and we no longer need. It feels like we’re being held hostage and having to pay for it.
