I've had my storage unit for longer than expected - of course the pandemic hasn't helped! Fortunately, I rent from Extra Space Storage in Carson, CA! Dana is always so helpful in every possible way! The storage units are clean and the facility itself is very well-maintained. With Dana looking out for me, I know the items I've stored are in excellent hands!

My husband and I are making a swift move back to Carson from Sherman Oaks and the first thing we needed was to set up a storage unit for our furniture. We called on Saturday evening to get information and within 10 minutes we made a last minute appointment to reserve the space right before closing. Coming from the valley and having less than a few weeks to move, we were worried about getting it all done on time. Most accommodating storage unit I've ever had! I needed something that was available same day and was stuck between a 9X10 or a 10X10 and Dana helped steer me in exactly the right direction. She also recommended a moving kit, which included boxes, tape, bubble wrap! All of the necessities! She cleaned out the storage unit right away to assure that I would be able to start moving same day, which was crucial. I just want to give a big shout out to Dana for helping me through a difficult situation. Knowing that I had recently seperated from the wife she was very understanding and compassionate. She took really good care of my needs and hooked me up with a good size storage that exceeded my expectations. Overall I'm very satisfied with her product knowledge and willingness to show me the different products Extra Space has to offer.
Place is clean only problem I have is they raise your rent every other month my rent has increased over the past year from $80 to now $114 ridiculous. Going to another storage cheaper that won't raise your rent monthly!
The place is pretty clean. The office manager and front office were super nice and helpful!
