The facility is secure, clean and well-lit. The staff are friendly and helpful; they made it easy to finish the paperwork when I wanted to move in, and they also made everything easy when I was ready to move out.
Pretty huge and clean facility. My parents and I were trying to find us a locker yesterday but with the help of the lovely Dana we were able to get one that we liked as far as size and price. She was very nice and helpful with a positive attitude. I'd strongly recommend them for their good prices And good deals online to reserve but they do encourage that you visit the site asap after reserving it. Unless you're looking to store a car don't reserve the $94 locker. LOL. (We made that mistake haha.) But good thing Dana helped ... read more

Just rented a storage, office and spaces look clean and I thought the front desk lady (forgot her name) was extremely helpful and very friendly.
Really nice and clean facility and secured, with all the codes and rules to get in and out. Plus esther at the front desk who helped us in getting the unit was really sweet and helpful. She even took the time to show us different units and sizes to help us decide on the unit that will best fit our needs.
This is a nice clean storage facility that feels secure. As other reviewers have indicated it is a huge facility. The staff including Dana are friendly, and helpful. It's apparent that the staff make keeping the facility up and clean a priority. I would recommend this location.
Great customer service, this was my first time using a storage facility and it went perfect, made rsvps the same day i moved. Quick and affordable.
I used this facility for over a year. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. - Extremely secure building needing your own unique passcode to get in the building and again to use the elevator. - Very clean facility - Most importantly the staff were always so helpful. A big shoutout out to Monique the manger and Micheal the assistant manger. - All of this gave me peace of mind that my belongings were safe while I was back in the UK. I would not hesitate to use this location again.
Both Monique and Michael were super helpful. The facility is very clean. Monique kept her promise of giving me a call right when the type of storage unit I was looking for opened up. She also encouraged me to purchase the storage unit online so that I can save money on the monthly bill which is a rare occurrence when someone is trying to sell you something. Overall I am extremely happy with my experience and would recommend this facility for anyone looking for a storage unit. -Leilani
