Most accommodating storage unit I've ever had! I needed something that was available same day and was stuck between a 9X10 or a 10X10 and Dana helped steer me in exactly the right direction. She also recommended a moving kit, which included boxes, tape, bubble wrap! All of the necessities! She cleaned out the storage unit right away to assure that I would be able to start moving same day, which was crucial. I just want to give a big shout out to Dana for helping me through a difficult situation. Knowing that I had recently seperated from the wife she was very understanding and compassionate. She took really good care of my needs and hooked me up with a good size storage that exceeded my expectations. Overall I'm very satisfied with her product knowledge and willingness to show me the different products Extra Space has to offer.
Place is clean only problem I have is they raise your rent every other month my rent has increased over the past year from $80 to now $114 ridiculous. Going to another storage cheaper that won't raise your rent monthly!
The place is pretty clean. The office manager and front office were super nice and helpful!
The facility is secure, clean and well-lit. The staff are friendly and helpful; they made it easy to finish the paperwork when I wanted to move in, and they also made everything easy when I was ready to move out.
Pretty huge and clean facility. My parents and I were trying to find us a locker yesterday but with the help of the lovely Dana we were able to get one that we liked as far as size and price. She was very nice and helpful with a positive attitude. I'd strongly recommend them for their good prices And good deals online to reserve but they do encourage that you visit the site asap after reserving it. Unless you're looking to store a car don't reserve the $94 locker. LOL. (We made that mistake haha.) But good thing Dana helped ... read more

Just rented a storage, office and spaces look clean and I thought the front desk lady (forgot her name) was extremely helpful and very friendly.
Really nice and clean facility and secured, with all the codes and rules to get in and out. Plus esther at the front desk who helped us in getting the unit was really sweet and helpful. She even took the time to show us different units and sizes to help us decide on the unit that will best fit our needs.
