I've had storage here since December and this pass months realize I didn't need the size of my storage anymore. Michalia help me with get set up to a smaller unit. I'm extremely grateful for the excellent customer service.

I just wanted to recognize the great customer service I received from Jason. I had my things stored here for over a year, but no longer need a storage. Every encounter I've had with Jason has always been great. He was always professional, kind, and willing to help. Keep up the great work Jason!!!!

have a storage unit in Claremont on Arrow Hwy,. just west of Indian Hill Blvd for several months now & I love this company!! From day one They've been one of the most welcoming & Professional companies I have ever done business with! Seriously, doesn't matter who I talk to or reason I've contacted them, they always have time to answer my questions, help me pay my bill or troubleshoot a problem. It's amazing the consistency of training they have BECUZ its always above & beyond!! I highly recommend

Wanted to give a shout-out to Jason for outstanding service and care! He was able to help me get a storage unit that fit my needs and showed me the different options possible as well. I decided on a unit and was about to sign but my spouse asked me to switch the type of unit. I felt so bad but Jason just smiled and said no worries at all! The storage space is clean and safe. I had concerns that my books and electronics may get bug issues, as I had before with other storage services, but after one whole year, everything is intact. The staffs are always friendly, professional, and responsive. I would highly recommend this service to my friends.
