The customer service here is really great. The only thing I recommend is that you make sure to ask about any insurance or application fees you may need to pay before getting a unit. You can, however, opt out of the insurance, if you choose to do so. Additionally, there is a price increase that occurs at the 6th month and at some other later time periods - however, you can lock in your rate by paying in advance, which is nice. We have to give this facility five stars! The rates are affordable, they offer insurance, the second floor has an elevator! which is fantastic. The customer service is excellent, we got assisted by Robert, and he provided all the information we needed, and took the time to show us two different sizes. I recommend this Storage facility to everyone!
This is our second time renting space here. We were able to preview availability & pricing on line and reserve what we thought we needed, a ground level 6x8 unit. Upon arrival we were taken to the unit to make sure it was what we wanted which was great. The woman in the office was very friendly. We bought a few boxes and tape for convenience and was able to return the leftover boxes without a fuss. Only knock on the review was the unadvertised mandatory insurance.
Two break-ins later.... I have decided to write a yelp review and let everyone know that this is a very unsafe extra storage space facility. I've had two break-ins the first time I didn't get insurance the second time I did I made a claim, but now the policy says it is not effective until the 26th this happened on the 21st isn't that unreal? Unreal not only that they put me in a unit that was broken into twice, they did not board up drywall they only put wood over the holes which if I just got a screwdriver I'd be able to to... read more
