Renting a unit was seamless. I felt confident in storing my items. There was no reason for me to call back or visit the office after my initial visit. Everything was perfect the first time around. I'm sure if I did have questions, it would have been easy to get them answered. Upon entering my unit, it was clean and my lock was waiting for me. Sapphire listened to my needs. The girls there were great. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sapphire and Vickey were helpful in every way. We came back and rented another unit before we moved the first one out. I recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to call these girls at EXTRA SPACE before you decide on another place.
