Ty, the manager, is personable and knowledgeable. He immediately helped me figure out what size storage unit I needed and gave me individual attention to help me follow through with my rental. He explained policies of the company clearly. He promised me he would extend the light cord in my unit so I could reach the light and he would clean it out before I put anything in it, both of which he did quickly.
