Came to rent a storage unit at Extra Space Storage and Heather was such a great help. She got me the right size for just the right price.
Moved to west side recently. This storage was close as I could find to my new apartment. Needed a moving truck and they provide it Free, giving us 4 hours, only had to fill up the gas that was used for the trips here. Manager was helpful with everything. Looks clean and feels like a safe place.
Recently rented a storage unit here and had a very good experience :) Initially reserved the unit online and when went to the office, the staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The paperwork was processed without difficulty and we were shown our unit by a staff member--making sure codes operated, etc. The facility was clean and secure--have returned to my unit several times and have encountered no problems. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The units are clean and the larger ones have lights which is really helpful! I feel like our items will be safe and secure on the property and that's very reassuring!

These girls are absolute dolls! Moving from the East Coast and waiting for my shipment to arrive to the facility, instead of waiting, Trissa took over! Meaning, she stored my boxes for me into my rental unit. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE & TRUSTWORTHY. Definitely the way (place) to store in Vegas for sure! Loyal customer since 2009!
I've never used a storage facility before now. I am very satisified, we walked in to get prices and the manager honored the online special pricing. She was very nice, walked us through the unit, advised of all fees, due date for payment, how to cancel and everything else we could think of. Very friendly front desk team, the facilities themselves are well maintained and clean. I have a small 5x5 unit which is indoors and it is always kept cool which I like because I didn't want my stuff to be left in 100 degree heat. Their prices are some of the lowest in town but they do include a mandatory insurance plan which will cost you an extra $9/mo. I wasn't told about this until I signed my agreement.
Your app is very glitchy! Trying to make a payment but the screen freezes! Also, I never did find out about my storage unit that got robbed a month after I was there..I had asked a specific question about a certain vehicle to see on camera if it was on the property the day/night I got robbed & a month later was told they had been too busy to look at the footage & still don t know the answer 5 months later !
