I received a call from Extra Space Storage informing me they had done a security walk and noticed my unit wasn't properly locked. I was unable to come in and lock my unit that day. Dominique arranged to have my lock cut and a new lock installed. That really gave me peace of mind. Thank you Dominique for all your help!

She went over and beyond her job to assist me during these very trying times.. in quarantine with a broken foot, with clients/customers waiting for my services, designs and services... Somehow, this place gets 4 stars on Google. Must be reviews from trolls because every time I have gone to drop off or pick something up in the past 8 months, the elevator doesn't work. The idea that the problem is "temporary" is simply a joke. Because you can't use the indoor loading dock and freight elevator (see the signs below), you have to park your car in the back of the lot (only spots open for Extra Storage customers), walk to the a sliding glass door, find out that you can't enter there because the key pad doesn't ... read more

Freight elevator is never working. It's currently been about 2 months and they just told me it's going to be at least another month until it's fixed. And they couldn't care less. Renting here would be a mistake.
These reviews are BS. Must all be Domoniques friends! This place has had elevator issues for years and nothing is ever done about it. Notices are never sent out letting any one know the elevator is down but they will always tell you they will send one next time. Employees show up late and carts are always missing. People just park their cars in the one garage space for hours to run their business out of their storage units. The rates will triple even though there are so many other options in the area!
