Do not rent a unit here! There are many other options in the West Loop. There are NEVER carts available and either the elevators or garage doors are broken. Rarely is there anyone in the office to help. I will be ending my contract when it gets warmer and it's easier to transfer my items to another company.

This location is not safe and there is no emergency response. I was assaulted at this location by a homeless man who has a registered unit in the building. I am shocked that they did not immediately remove him, but are giving him until the end of his billing cycle to leave the facility. They care about money, not the safety of their renters or staff. Do not rent storage space here. I have two second-floor units in this place. I want to start by saying the woman who staffs/manages the place is absolutely wonderful. I can't remember her name, but she's awesome. Problem is that she's stuck with an awful company in an awful building. I'm not exaggerating when I say that there have been at least ten times I've not been able to access my unit because the elevator was down and the office was closed. UPDATE: I was contacted by management about a week ago during the middle of the day and I returned the call multiple times with no response. This is still an open item and it is quite unfortunate that this company does not value the safety of its customers. DO NOT RENT HERE if safety is of importance to you.
