Update: After my review posted, I received a phone call from Ms. Emily the next day. I would like to thank her and Erika for their politeness and professionalism. She apologized for the lack of communication and I was able to make an appointment to see my unit 3/7. Unfortunately, nothing was really salvageable due to the water and smoke damage but I was given detailed instructions on how to file an insurance claim and close my account.

Mr. Kobe was awesome!!! He helped exchange my storage and updated my price to a lower locker when the exchange was made. He was polite and considerate and I had no problems with his services. Thank you Mr. Kobe

My husband and I own a Thrift and eBay business. So we have worked with a lot of storage facilities. This has been the cleanest, easiest, most professional by far! I was able to get a unit on a Sunday when the office was closed! I Spoke with Alexis at the call center. She took all my information, sent me the contract via email. After I electronically signed the contract immediately the unit number and gate passcode was texted to me! I just had to go in and put my own lock on the unit. I moved here after being disappointed with Public Storage time and time again. The staff was very helpful, the facilities extremely clean - in short, I could not be happier with my decision. I would happily recommend this company and this location over any Public Storage, any day.

After a nightmare with Public Storage we moved our things here. It is night and day! The property is clean and modern. No signs of critters of any kind. Great prices (I recommend looking on line). Reasonable access hours for working folks. The staff members who assisted me were a little rough around the edges, which I attribute to youth, I felt they were trying so I didn't take the minor issues I experienced to heart.
