The storage facility is very neat and clean. The staff is efficient and friendly. I feel safe when I enter the storage area.

JUST A HEADS UP, YOU MIGHT CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT STORING HERE AFTER READING THIS!!! This has been by far the worst storage experience ever. RECENTLY, I was notified that all my belongings has been burned to ashes. Nothing was recovered. I get a message on 2/29/26 about fire on premises but didnt get a email notifying me of my lost until I made a payment. I would never use this facility or any Extra Space again. If I could give zero stars, I would. They had a very serious fire 2/27/26 involving multiple units(most of the 1st building). As of today, I have not been notified by phone or email that my unit was destroyed in the fire. I saw coverage of the fire on the local news and had to go to the facility to find out my unit was involved in the fire. The worker had no idea why I wasn't notified. Very poor communication. Absolutely disgusting.

I won't recommend this storage , they really scams artists:. -Monthly rent increases significantly, sometimes almost doubling or tripling within a year of a promotional rate. -The online or advertised price differs from the price they are quoted in person. -The staff, is rude, unprofessional, or unhelpful when trying to resolve issues like price hikes. -Belongings damaged by water or construction dust.

This place deserves zero stars honestly. I stored here for 2 months and the process was terrible. For starters renting a unit was harder than it needed to be. The lady in the front office attitude was terrible and complained the whole time. She sensed my irritation for her complaining and said "oh you just don't care" Sorry mam I don't. We all have jobs who at times test our patience but it's never the consumer's issue. That was strike 1.. then we approached the unit and it wasn't even labeled. if i could rate this place below one star, i would! first they give you a price over the phone to get you in there. when you get there it's another price. i had moved my belongings from one place to come there. big mistake. district manager called me and we tried to straighten out this mess. big mistake! she was rude and unwilling to make any changes. i will never recommend this place to anyone! prepare never to pay whats quoted over the phone.
