The quality of customer service was exceptional. Despite being a walk-in customer, I anticipated a lengthy procedure or waiting time. Surprisingly, the entire experience, including the unit viewing, took less than 15 minutes. Furthermore, a staff member identified a faulty light bulb and assured me that it would be replaced without any request from my end. I am grateful for the smooth and effective assistance provided.
Facility is very clean, I’ve never had any issues with rodents. Onsite staff are helpful. The gate is never broken. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for extra storage space.
