I just rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage at 801 J Clyde Morris Blvd and was very happy with the service that was provided along with the timelines of getting it all done. The young lady was very personable and with her things went smoothly Thank you EXTRA SPACE STORAGE
I usually don't use storage units but a short term rental is what I needed after my husband died and I moved out of my house of 30+ years and had to sort through 48 years of stuff and only take what would fit in my one room. After 8 moths I just couldn't go through any more so I stared it till I can decide what to do. I have had a good experience with the staff. The only problem was I needed a small unit they didn't have then after only 4 months my rent went up.

They make it so easy! From moving in to moving out, I had no issues. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Grounds are kept clean. Definitely recommend!

I looked around for a storage unit for a few days and read all about Public Storage. The thing is their customer service sucked and it was 20% more expensive than Extra Space Storage was. I saw this place when I drove by and stopped in on a whim. In the parking lot I looked them up online and read good things. When you think about self storage, customer service is typically not the first adjective that comes to mind... Unless you've stored with Extra Space Storage before. Not only is this location everything you want out of a storage facility (clean, reasonably priced, secure, ect) but also, the customer service I received during my time here was top notch with every single interaction I had with the managers. I would highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs!
