This review is regarding Paula. Extra Space Storage has a great live-in manager. Professional, considerate, helpful. But I have to say Paula is the heart and soul of the place. We have spent many hours at our storage units. Moving 2 into 1, finding what to keep and what to save. I've always had to bring 1-4 of my young kids to "help." Paula has always been so sweet, a friend I look forward to seeing. She is constantly cleaning, asking how we are, helping me even figure out how to better utilize my limited space. Great Group! Friendly and helpful staff. Most convenient storage facility in Monterey Bay. I will definitely use Extra Space Storage again.

So far so good! Although I haven't used Extra Space in Watsonville for very long, I will say that setting up my account took no time at all. I believe it was Matt, Store Manager, who hooked me up with a space that was easily accessible. I do have physical limitations so I can't tell you how much I appreciated this! Thanks Extra Space for being there for me!

If you took the time to read my reviews the first thing you will notice is that I just don't throw 5 star ratings around. I needed top rent a storage asap, and as usual I jumped on Yelp to find the best one around town. I called about 3 different places which I will not mention because it's simply not professional. Great customer service from both Dave in the call center and Matt the store manager! Very professional and helpful. Units are clean and the rates are right in line with competitors.

I have rented storage spaces in many places, for years. Extra Space Storage in Watsonville is the best storage facility of all. Matt and Patty do a great job in the office, they are friendly, helpful, and know their business. Matt keeps everything painted and clean and I appreciate how clean and well kept the buildings and lockers are.

My experience was great. The attendant was female and from the day I arrived to the day I left, she was welcoming and accommodating. Obviously I had someone different than the previous reviewer and for that I am grateful.

Very clean. Initially a good experience, but after only 4 months they raised the rate from $200 to $300 claiming market rate adjustments. I wasn't aware of a 50% inflation rate since August?
