So far so good! Although I haven't used Extra Space in Watsonville for very long, I will say that setting up my account took no time at all. I believe it was Matt, Store Manager, who hooked me up with a space that was easily accessible. I do have physical limitations so I can't tell you how much I appreciated this! Thanks Extra Space for being there for me!

If you took the time to read my reviews the first thing you will notice is that I just don't throw 5 star ratings around. I needed top rent a storage asap, and as usual I jumped on Yelp to find the best one around town. I called about 3 different places which I will not mention because it's simply not professional. Great customer service from both Dave in the call center and Matt the store manager! Very professional and helpful. Units are clean and the rates are right in line with competitors.

I have rented storage spaces in many places, for years. Extra Space Storage in Watsonville is the best storage facility of all. Matt and Patty do a great job in the office, they are friendly, helpful, and know their business. Matt keeps everything painted and clean and I appreciate how clean and well kept the buildings and lockers are.

My experience was great. The attendant was female and from the day I arrived to the day I left, she was welcoming and accommodating. Obviously I had someone different than the previous reviewer and for that I am grateful.

Very clean. Initially a good experience, but after only 4 months they raised the rate from $200 to $300 claiming market rate adjustments. I wasn't aware of a 50% inflation rate since August?

Only been with them since March of this year and it's already going down hill I was paying $107 with no promo or deal and the rate went up $96 didn't get no notification regarding my rent going up. Paying the rate now is not worth a 5x10 storage and storage it's self is clean but I have been seeing bugs and what it looks like they might have a termite problem

"I one time gave Extra Space Storage a five star review three years ago in Watsonville (Freedom Ca), but three years ago was a whole different story. The manager was super nice and always helpful, very courteous and kind. The new assistant to the manager is rude and unprofessional. She has no people skills and makes you seem like you're inferior to her. I walked in with a smile and respect. I Told her that we were going to switch our trailer to a new one the same size. I left a message at your 800 number - a district manager needs to call me directly to resolve this issue. I am back in CA to get my stuff and the thought of going to the location is traumatizing. It's NOT a safe place. I am outside on the phone with extra space because I am having anxiety about going in. Juan us working and he was 'in charge' the day of the event.
