Rates need to be stabilized and in line with other area facilities
Their business practices are disgusting. Been renting from them for a year and they've raised my rates over $50 a month. New customers can rent the same size for $118 but I'm paying over $170 now. District Manager totally insulted me by offer to take $10 off, when a new customer gets $118? I guess they think I'm stupid.
