When I was on a time crunch out of state in Willoughby Ohio looking to purchase a used car and put it in storage to head back to DC, Extra Space Storage was able to make space for me just a customer was leaving a unit that was just available for my car on January 2nd (just after being closed 1 day prior). Lance, the manager of the units located in Willoughby is a gentleman.He gives you advice on how to pack, what material to use for the covers of your furnitue, the size of the unit that fits your needs and helps you to get an affordable unit. There should be a lot of "Lance" in every company.Life would be a little better. I will be your customer forever.Ah! Did I mention how clean are your units? I love that!
