Made a tentative reservation on line for the next week. Lance called me up to confirm, we met at the office which was very clean and modern. It didn't look like a storage office I've ever seen. I explained that I really didn't know if I selected the correct unit or not. He offered to show me a few to get an idea. I choose one until I got to the office and decided I wanted something a little less expensive. Lance didn't mine at all.
