My first time securing a storage unit. I had heard horror stories about other companies which made me delay getting one. Extra Space made it doable and pleasant. Top shelf all the way!

Made a tentative reservation on line for the next week. Lance called me up to confirm, we met at the office which was very clean and modern. It didn't look like a storage office I've ever seen. I explained that I really didn't know if I selected the correct unit or not. He offered to show me a few to get an idea. I choose one until I got to the office and decided I wanted something a little less expensive. Lance didn't mine at all. They will raise your mothly rate without any explanation but will advertise a way lower rate for new people coming in the door , so if you like a self storage place that like to raise their monthly whenever they feel like it feel free to stop on by because Lance is a really nice guy but the corporation is run by money hungry greed

Lance is very good at his job, however I was shocked when I was informed I could not use my lock and had to purchase a lock for $16. I almost went elsewhere. I tried the lock with Lance there and all was well. I came back two weeks later and it took forever to get the lock to open and twice as long to get their lock back in.
