You rip off your customers. Your facility is dirty. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting. Ewwww! Foul. You don’t wipe down the unit as you promote. You advertise you follow covid procedures - I doubt the facility has been disinfected. It’s not even clean! You show NO LOYALTY to customers. You raised my unit cost from $154 to $240!!! I rented a storage unit from the HoHoKus facility for 6 months as my home was under construction. I had 2 mattresses stored there, and the unit I had was a bit underground. When I picked up My furniture, there was dirt stains all over my mattress and box spring. Now this is my nine-year-old sons mattress, so I asked extra space what happened, and they couldn’t explain.
