The positives! -Very clean spaces. I have never had a problem with unit or the building that it is in. -Easy and secure entrance. Just put your code in (I have to look it up every single time, but still, easy). You can also get in through your app, but I never remember to set that up. -There is usually a push cart right by the building entrance, just where you need it. -Usually very friendly staff roaming the area and very helpful team when I've needed to call in. On Feb. 26, 2021 I went to Extra Space Storage to look at a climate-controlled storage space. The manager at this location, Ace, is wonderful. She took me on a tour, showed me an excellent space, and once we were back in the office she did a GREAT job of working up the pricing. Ace explained all of the financials and insurance options in detail, and although I asked a lot of questions she answered them thoroughly so I was clear on everything. We rented a unit from here for well over a year and had a great experience. Jordan and Lanette were extremely attentive and great at answering any questions we may have had. Facility was clean and had great, easy access when we needed to get into our unit. I highly recommend this space.

Manager was always friendly and pleasant during the two months I stored my belongings here - moving from South Jersey to North Jersey. I actually called a LOT of places and this was pretty cheap compared to most - overarchingly positive experience
