Lanette Riggins the store manager from Extra space storage helped me with getting a storage unit. Even though it was pouring rain she offered to show me the unit. Very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be referring Extra space storage in Bridgewater to friends and family

Extra Space Storage was excellent from the start. The facility is clean and the staff top-notch The manager, Lanette, rocks! We had household items in storage there for over a year and not once did we worry about a thing. When we came to pick it up, there was a small issue with payment that Lanette resolved right away. She even (gladly) came out in the cold to clip our lock when we realized we had left the key at home. If you ever need to store items with no worries or no hassles, this is the place for you!

Every aspect of my interaction with John as well as Holly could not have been better. They were extremely pleasant, informative, helpful, professional and prompt. I was treated as an old friend. I can't possibly think of anything that could been done any better,

Helpful and friendly in every way. They work as a great team and nothing gets in their way to help you get the best experience. They know how to use the system to get you the very best deal possible that is currently offered. No funny business. The site is secure and clean, well lighted and convenient. Very smooth transaction. Lanette explained everything clearly, in and out in 15 minutes. Facility is clean and well kept. John is always checking in to see if all is well. Would use them again!

STAY AWAY. Every 4-5 months they raise your rental fee tremendously and they do not provide any notice that they are doing so. After less than one year I am outta there!! Rotten service, rotten people and a raw deal. STAY AWAY!

Scammers beware they will raise your rates as much as 50 percent every 6 to 9 months without notification card was not on file tried to phone in claimed card was ot working had to come in person same card no issues kept happening then auctioned off belongings for less than 200 dollars late because their system couldn't process card remotely do not store anything here shady practices and your rental fee will double in a year stated out with 190 and that included there forced rental overpriced bs insurance within less than... read more

I was there with my nephew, a friend had used it and was greatly satisfied. The fact that you could use their truck was a great insensitive. When my nephew came the next day to pick the truck after his cousin got off from work to help, they were told the truck had to be back at 5:30, (it was 4:45 then). What good would it do then! My nephew and I both repeated that we needed to use the truck in the early evening. John even checked for the availability of it. At no time did he say that the truck had to be back at 5:30.
