Kim had us set up in no time. Facility is clean and secure.
My point of contact here was Kim. She was very professional and friendly the whole time and went out of her way to help us in every step of our use of their storage facilities. The facilities themselves are some of the best I have seen, very clean and modern with lots of light and security measures. All in all, I had a great experience with Kim and the facility.

I am very pleased with the customer service , the security of the buildings and storage units. I am thankful that when the phone is answered, I get to speak with a real person ! The office person was very professional, helpful and genuinely interested in my needs. I feel very secure about my belongings being stored at this facility!! I am 65 years old. Extra Space Storage also connected me to two people who helped me put my belongings into the storage unit. Great people! And a great place to put your belongings!
