First of all, Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with and help us secure the perfect storage unit! Kim is professional, kind, thorough with helping us get what we needed, excellent listening skills, and took the time to escort us to the unit so we clearly understood the process and location of our storage unit. The site is very clean and has excellent lighting.

Started off just trying to get an idea of how large of a rental I would need for a further renovation. We spoke with Kim, who showed us a couple of different sizes of units that were currently available. She explained every detail of how the rental would work and provided some of the best costumer service. The facility was extremely clean and secure as well.
