RecommendedI am very pleased with the customer service , the security of the buildings and storage units. I am thankful that when the phone is answered, I get to speak with a real person ! The office person was very professional, helpful and genuinely interested in my needs. I feel very secure about my belongings being stored at this facility!! I am 65 years old. Extra Space Storage also connected me to two people who helped me put my belongings into the storage unit. Great people! And a great place to put your belongings!

RecommendedFirst of all, Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with and help us secure the perfect storage unit! Kim is professional, kind, thorough with helping us get what we needed, excellent listening skills, and took the time to escort us to the unit so we clearly understood the process and location of our storage unit. The site is very clean and has excellent lighting.
