I came into Extra storage in a hassle, having to move at the last minute and was unsure of what I needed exactly. Maure Williams was a great help and customer service skills were outstanding. She was professional , personable, and knowledgeable of the storage products offered in the store. She knew exactly what I needed and listened to the issues I had with moving and found solutions to resolve the issues. I will definitely be back to support Extra Storage due to the care and customer service I received.
I sure will be coming back to rent a storage unit at this location they keep it clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful they are the best
