Set up process was easy, building is clean. However, only having three wheel carts for hundreds of people to split is unacceptable. There are never any wheeled carts available and was told they only have three on premises. Spend a couple thousand dollars and get a few of these things. Multitudes of unhappy people having to carry boxes across a massive building. You would think they would invest in some just so they don’t have to answer the constant questions in the front office.

I had a customer come into my office that needed storage. First place I referred them to was extra space. I dealt with Megan and she was a dream to work with. She found her a space with no problem and definitely was the sweetest person i spoke to today brightening up my mood. Extra Space found themselves a pleasant worker which is hard these days. Thanks Megan (hope i spelled it right) keep up the amazing attitude!!!
