The customer service is great! The facility is clean. However, prices keep going up. I moved to a smaller unit recently which also was a good experience. Then asked when will prices increase, the answer….every 4-6 months. It makes me sad because i won’t be able to afford it at that rate. So in essence if you have money, great place to store your treaures! If you work and your pay is like mine, I will prob have to move within the year.
