it could not have been simplier
Millersville is a convenient safe and easy to access location. I loved that I could use the online process to rent and everything was accessible to sign through my phone by email. Everything was contactless from my new lock down to including my gate access information being sent straight to my mobile device. The staff are friendly and patient and very efficient. Not to mention the prices are excellent and I am happy I decided to come to this location.
I have used Extra Space many times and have never had a problem. Units are clean, facility is clean and easily assessable. The staff is very helpful and always available if needed. Good value for the money.

The Staff kept me informed all along the process. They called numerous times to adjust to my schedule. They made sure that the unit was available for my move in when it was convenient for me.

The hours that someone is actually in the office could be a bit earlier, but my overall experience has been very good. The door did not line up perfectly with the locking mechanism, the manager assisted me with fixing the issue. Repaved road and a clean exterior shows me these units are well maintained.
