Since day one of contacting Extra Space Storage for my storage needs, I’ve been very pleased by everyone who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Their friendliness and professional is second to none. I met Shawn on my first visit and he exceeded all of my expectations. On another occasion, I met Steven who assisted me with a flat tire while I was attempting to drive my car out of my unit. I had a bit of a surprise when I saw the new rate for my unit. It was more than I expected especially during this bad time. I called in and Sean said he would see what he could do. He was very concerned and helpful buy the time everything was reviewed he was able to have my stay at what I am paying now. I really appreciate his help and he was a pleasure to work with.
