I gave the rating I did because my experience was extraordinary. From start to finish I was met with polite and considerate staff especially Ms Erica. My questions were answered and there always seemed to be time for me. So a five is warranted in my opinion.
I was in need of a storage unit ASAP and Miss Erica did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable and satisfied and she was very professional very courteous and very compassionate to my situation God bless her
