They'll tell you anything you want to hear for you to rent a storage unit or parking spot. I've been at my parking spot for 1.5 yrs. Everything was fine until my trailer got broken into and my spot keeps getting taken. YES TAKEN! the spot u pay for keeps getting taken! Do you know what they did? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but collect my money. They lied about the situation, and I found out it was another tenant that had 2 units and my space for free.
