The facilities are fine. Secure, gated. Be aware though that they get you in with a low monthly price and then they raise you price every few months. Other than that was satisfied but had to move out when it got too expensive.

Excellent staff and well managed. The management does a great job keeping the property clean and is very clear after snow storms and properly treated. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

The employees at extra space storage were al very friendly and helpful. The facility is easy to find in a great location. I will recommend extra space to anyone looking for a storage facility. The only drawback was that parking for the office is limited.

I have had no problems so far but I haven't paid my first month's rent. I thought the check in was fast and easy when I needed it to be. I was so tired from the move and just wanted to get this rental process done. I was met with a smile and an understanding desk clerk that was so efficient in the check in process that I was done before I knew it. The entire storage unit was clean inside and out. Absolute Scam! I rented a small unit online several months ago, for $72 per month. Yes, I read the very fine print and it does say that they can increase the rate, but after only a few months, they DOUBLED it to $144. Now, a few months later, I receive a notice saying it's going up again, this time to $209! So in less than a year, they have increased the rate about 200%! So beware. When originally signing up for the storage unit, I was paying $123 per month for a 5x10 unit. They've raised the rate several times, with no communications that the rate would be changing. It's now up to $146 per month and I am still receiving the same service. Online, their 5x10 unit is listed as $57!!! The gate is frequently left open, the keypad was inoperable for way too long, and the bathroom's frequently without toilet paper. It's a storage facility which should be basic but they did just enough to leave me unsatisfied. The person at the desk who filled out my paperwork was pleasant and helpful but he was the only one there and had to juggle multiple people. And the electronic paperwork was complicated and unclear and took WAY TOO LONG to go through. So it took at least 1/2 hour just to process the rental paperwork.
