THIEVES! Employees planned an inside job and robbed a unit that was on tentatively going up for auction. Although the unit was paid in full and possessions inside still protected under the lease agreement, employees let people know about the unit and an inside job was planned. Over $11,000 worth of stuff was taken with no security footage and no recourse to help. I signed up for a space and it was right around $100 a month. Next thing you know its $290. So they make you move to another unit at the original price and bam, its $290 again. I've been there for way over 5 years. You would think the rent would at least remain in the same neighborhood. Nope
After only a few months they jacked up my rent almost double! I will gladly move down the street where I've heard they are much less greedy.

tried to do business with them. I was from out of town, moving to Palm Springs. I flew down to take care of things and had very little time, so I prearranged everything with this company so I was entered into the computer. All I had to do was show up, show ID, and pay. Well, I waited for 20 minutes while they helped a customer, then helped a customer who arrived after me. I'm so disappointed that i can barely describe the whole situation that I've had to deal with by renting a storage unit from this extra space location. Everything was off to a great start, up until i went to put my stuff into my unit. Upon arriving to my unit i ran into a medium built woman sitting in a chair in front of a small storage unit with a small tv on, while talking to no one inside of the unit.
