I flew down to take care of things and had very little time, so I prearranged everything with this company so I was entered into the computer. All I had to do was show up, show ID, and pay. I'm so disappointed that i can barely describe the whole situation that I've had to deal with by renting a storage unit from this extra space location. Everything was off to a great start, up until i went to put my stuff into my unit. Upon arriving to my unit i ran into a medium built woman sitting in a chair in front of a small storage unit with a small tv on, while talking to no one inside of the unit.
