STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!! This extra space storage location on w.Slauson offered a low monthly fee that quickly more than doubled in price, forget the Web specials,they are a scam. the attitude of the desk staff is so unfriendly and unhelpful like they are forced to work there and hate people bothering them. Any complaints you have with the customer service are not responded to. They have a don't share cause we just don't care attitude with customers. When calling for customer service they never answer and this ain't the first time calling it's been like this for the past months worst experience ever never had any issue with public storage I should of stayed.

After a months of requesting to talk to a manager or find a solution to pay to move my items back I got no follow up call from a manager as I requested. Then Extra Storage space sent a review which I filled out and Magically Kim the manager calls back. She leaves the following message on my phone not realizing that the phine is still on you comtinues to talk to her employees about me. If you are on a fixed income please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. My mother has been down on her luck lately and moved out of her apartment, she needed a storage space so we moved her belongings here into a 10x20 priced at $224. plus the $9.00 insurance when they were owned by StorQuest. I've been paying the bulk of it to take some of the stress off of her. As soon as ExtraSpace took over they raised the rent. It was only $10 and my insurance went up $1, so I could look passed that.
