Walter was very helpful and patient while me and my mom were looking for a storage unit. He made sure we found the right storage at a affordable price, I would definitely recommend this storage place and ask for Walter.
Was in a crunch and needed storage. Went down to this store to get a quote and met the manager, I believe Walter. He was very nice and kept things short and quick for me, which I needed at the time. If I ever need any storage needs after this I will come back to this location.
Good secure property with economic pricing. All staff members were extremely courteous and helpful in our move in. Sure wish the facility had longer hours to access unit, though.
i have had issues with the location since day one. 1. my move in day no one way there at work all day. 2.I was never told i have up unlt 15 mins before the location closes all the elevators and doors lock including the gate. a lot of my things where Loaded onto the elevator and the elevator locked and we cannot get back in so as of this morning my things are still on the elevator and in the hallway on the second floor. there Emergency line was no help at all! the fact that no one was there from 9-4 am and that is their... read more

i purchase a storage & paid in full i had called back & spoke to a rep but she didn't put any notes on my account . i had a medical emergency causing me to be hospitalized , i request a refund & response i get it look at it from our point of view we lost money cause the unit couldn't be rented so it's ok to take my money & i loose & i never accessed the unit never even put a lock on it we couldn't even reach a common ground where they take a small portion and give me balance & everyone wins no they just take your money i ... read more

Don't rent from this facility - there's a huge mouse infestation(not random droppings, INFESTATION) at this facility. Apparently they spray every week to no avail. Mice got into my unit and ate my bedroom furniture, had to toss my wrapped bed (always get insurance). Understandably things happen but the lack of customer service and respect for customers does not exist here - people who work the front desk like Tim and Elizabeth are great, but their supervisor Antonio Mendoza is rude, condescending, and does not GAF about hear... read more

Update: I did find rat feces in by belongings when I moved out. The staff did what they could and put out traps but I guess it isn't enough. The check out process was easy and I was able to pay a pro-rated amount.

Let me say that although some employees have been exceptional, there are some that definitely need to be taught how to treat customers or shouldn't be in customer service jobs if they hate dealing with people. I had a storage unit for so many years and the rudeness I endured was beyond imaginable. I don't think so would want to get a storage again. As well be ready for your storage unit price to increase about every 3 or 6 months. They say they send letter out letting you know about the increase but I never got one.
