George was a bad ass in helping me get set up. He made it absolutely painless. The rates were more than reasonable. The place is clean and well lit (which is important when you're there at crazy hours) - they have carts at the ready for use to move your stuff to your unit, and they were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Geoge was very helpful and all their advertising is true. You get a free truck when you move in and the first month was free!!! there were plenty of trolleys and all the staff are professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

They raised our rent, from $63 to $115, with no notice, after 4 months. When we called to ask about it they said it is what it is. This is a predatory practice. Not good - don't use this place!

Beware of the bate and switch deals this company offers. In less than a year, Extra Space doubled my rent. Of course, they have you by the proverbial balls since they know the hassle and cost to move out. I feel completely scammed. Unbelievable. My next step is to report this type of practice to the NJ Consumer Affairs Dept. as well as the NJ Attorney General's Office. Better protection must be provided to innocent consumers being scammed by these operators.

Still offensive beyond believe Bad business practices with a touch of dumb and stupid added for extra insult They leave such a bad taste that it is memorable not good for your company Good job leaving that lasting impression

Renting a storage space at this location has been a nightmare from the very beginning. It started when I saw a special (one month free + no fee) for a climate-controlled unit. I was given a price and I deposited $10 and was told the space was reserved. When it was time for me to go to the location to see the place; the female manager there told me that for that amount, it wouldn't be a climate-controlled space. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do yourself a favor and do research when it comes to finding a reputable storage facility! I don't even know where to start with this place, but I will keep it short. 1. - They force you to buy insurance which increases the introductory fees they try to lure you in with. 2. - They increase their rates every 9 months! 3. - Their customer service really sucks.
