Downsized from a 10x15 to a 10x10 unit. David the manager was extremely helpful in the transition and worked with us to get into a unit that in the same building which made the move much easier. Unit was clean and ready for our move. Stayed with Extra Space Storage due to the service we have enjoyed over the last year with our larger unit. Could have gotten a unit from another company closer to our home but didn’t want to take the chance of inferior service.
